Level 2: "Talk to Anyone" – Master Non-Verbal Communication

If you’ve had trouble maintaining a confident frame while talking to someone..

..and can’t seem to read social cues of people

..then this workshop is for you! 

Level 2 ‘Talk to Anyone’ focuses on non-verbal communication. In this 2 day intensive, we will play some of the finest improv exercises to build your body language skills.

Note: Completing Level 1 is NOT a requirement. Anyone can join!

Day 1 (9 Mar): Maintain a Confident Frame

- Improv exercises to stay grounded in uncertainty

- Techniques to use movement & space in social settings

- Gestures & tone & voice - that's warm and confident

- Improv play with status & social hierarchy

Day 2 (16 Mar): Read and Respond to Social Cues

- Understanding subtext and unspoken communication

- Ekman’s 6 basic expressions

- Playing with mirroring and adapting

- Navigating mixed signals

- Improv role play
