About the Event
Come indulge in our Chicken Cheese Shahi Rolls and feel as royal as ever! Also, this weekend, Mom chef has made the Bohri Food Coma inevitable as the famous Incredibly Dum Mutton Biryani also features in this!

Smoked Mutton Kheema Samosas:
The TBK Signature - Crunchy patti samosas stuffed with smoked minced kheema, coriander & spring onions.
Chicken Cheese Shahi Rolls:
Flavoured minced chicken seekh stuffed with cheese, bread crumbed, dipped in egg and fried in love and affection.
Raan in Red Masala:
1-1.5 kg worth of leg of the lamb marinated for 48 hours and cooked for over 3 hours in special masalas. Garnished with coriander and salli wafers
Meethas (Sweet Dish)
Surprise Sweet Dish: Who doesn’t like surprises?
Mom’s Caramel Custard: Dense custard dessert topped with caramel and lots of love!
Jaman (Main Course)
Chicken Angara with Roti: A fried onion and tomato-based gravy finished with a smokey twist and garnished with coriander. Served with homemade gehu roti.
Incredibly Dum Mutton Biryani:
The traditional biryani cooked in a layered format with tender pieces of mutton and surprises in the form of small roasted potatoes
