Steve Sequeira

Steve Sequeira, a celebrated drummer in the original Indian version of Jesus Christ Superstar is well-known across India. He is also a well-established keyboard player, a strong jazz & blues vocalist with a unique style and a fresh approach. Amongst his many skills is his talent as a composer of music for theatre and performances. His performances at the Jazz Yatra in Delhi have been famous. Kitu (Christine Sequeira), the youngest daughter of the celebrated band-leader Chic Chocolate, has grown up around the music scene in India. She has been with the Braz Gonsalves Band and Steve Sequeira’s legendary SKY. Popularly known as the “Jazz Lady”, she has a melodious voice, hitting the rights notes and creating magic whenever she performs.

Gaël Horellou

Gael Horellou, a French saxophonist with a classical and jazz background who has performed all over Europe and US at key jazz festivals, began his career in 1992. From 1994 to 1997, he was a member of the Collectif Mu and helped founding the Crescent Jazz Club where he shared the stage with Charles Bellanzi, Luigi Trussardi, Clovis Nicolas, Wayne Dockery, Eric Lelann, Steve Grossman, Peter King, Ricardo del Fra among others. In 1996, together with KPT’N PLANET he founded the group Cosmik Connection quickly joined by Jérémie Picard (aka Jahbass). In 2000, he joined Laurent de Wilde sextet and followed him on tour.

Malika Tirolien

A powerful stage performer, Malika took the lead in Cirque Du Soleil’s La Nouba. Her performance caught the eyes and ears of Michael League, the man behind jazz phenomenon Snarky Puppy. She was invited to perform as one of eight chosen performers on the Grammy-winning release -- Snarky Puppy’s Family Dinner. Malika’s performance closes the now legendary rendition with a powerful version of her song (with Frederick Varre), I’m Not The One.
