A museum of our own.

Objects are heavy with meaning. What could look like an old toy may be dear to a person who had memories from childhood or maybe from their grandparents. As a kid, I collected pebbles just because they made me happy. My mom treasures a saree as a symbol of a certain time. My grandma repurposed an old headboard into a balcony railing because it once belonged to her mother, who napped on it every afternoon.

What are your favorite objects? A book you keep coming back to? A keepsake? A postcard? A creative experiment?

For this Slow Sunday, bring something meaningful and let’s create our own little museum. Things on display will inspire us to share stories, write, draw. Imagine this as a morning-long exhibition, created by you who attend and never to be experienced again.

This is an extra special Slow Sunday, as we celebrate the two-year anniversary of the Eleven AM Club. The club is shaped by each of you — no two gatherings are the same because it’s shaped by you who attend so we are kicking off the birthday month celebrating you and your stories.
