Passes will be available at counter at the Lalit, our offline ticketing partners and online ticketing partners.

Exclusive offers, group packages and room packages can be inquired at the official ticket counter at the venue.

Can I get my children?
Yes, there is a special kids zone with well-trained caretaker. Children below 6 yrs have free entry and do not require pass. Age proof required (Professional Nannies and care takers, Games and activities)

How to play in the Casino?
Casino is only for fun purpose. There will not be any monetary exchange. We will be providing with chips per person which can be used to play.
Gold Pass – 500 Chips
Platinum Pass – 1000 Chips

What if I lost my ticket or need a refund?
E-ticket will be sent in case of online purchase. Loss of physical ticket and refund will not be entertained under any circumstance.

Is there any minimum age?
There is no age limit for the event but alcohol will be served only to individuals above legal age of drinking. (carry valid age proof)

What should I wear?
Smart party outfit. (Your new year picture depends on it.)

Should I get my car?
Parking available on the roadside as per the availability. Parking will be at owner’s risk. We suggest use public transport or hired services. (Driver)
