About the Event
Before it gets dark, the tents has to pitched. Pitching under torchlight is real mess. The same is the case in collecting firewood. As you get the final glimpse of the Sun’s ethereal bliss, the tents will be pitched and fire will be on! Then the time is all yours! Interact, talk to your new friends, relax, listening to the whispering mountains!
Devoid of any noise and the presence of an ever-blowing gentle breeze makes this place, a serene spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
The winding roads through the dense rain forests, endless grasslands, pristine streams and waterfalls leads you to the Ballalarayana Durga fort (4951 feet). Explore this ancient ruined fort, the fort with a mystical aura!
The Ballalarayana Durga is ideal for watching amazing sunsets. During the evening hour of the sunset the whole place comes alive with colours of different hues.

Trekking distance: 16 km
08:30 PM: Start from Bangalore
Day 1
06:00 AM: Reach the trek base
06:30 AM: It is time to freshen-up & Breakfast
09:00 AM: Start the trek
12:30 PM: Trek to peak,we will be having packed lunch on the way up
07:00 PM: Dinner & Camping
Day 2
06:00 AM: Wake up - Freshen-up - Breakfast.
08:00 AM: Start the Descent
11:30 AM: Start back to Bangalore. ( Lunch on the way is self sponsored )
08:00 PM: Reach Bangalore.
