Great State Aleworks, is a Pune-based craft brewery specializing in experimental craft beers using local ingredients, seasonal produce and innovative styles. Great State is known for its Flagship beers - Brightside (Belgian Wit) and Sunny Afternoon (New England IPA), and also for collaborating with international breweries and creating a series of small batch special ales and millet beers. From the get-go, the team has been focused on curated experiences for craft beer lovers, with Open House Nights at the brewery, Tap Takeovers at bars, beer dinners with local chefs and participating in numerous festivals. 

Great State recently launched Great State Dive, a 40-seater rooftop Dive bar in Koregaon Park, Pune serving 8-10 craft beers on tap, progressive cocktails, and a comforting and mindfully designed menu. 

The Great State Brewery Tour

A 45-minute tour of the brewhouse followed by a beer tasting and a pint of beer on the house, at Dive. 

On this tour, we will take you through the process of brewing beer. From the ingredients, the sugar extracting process, fermentation and packaging. The tour if fun, informative and is a whole new way to look at and enjoy craft beer.
