The Park. The plot revolves around three men and three benches in a park. All three of them claim their place and though there are three benches yet the fight is never-ending. 

Metaphorically as well as literally, this theme addresses the contemporary issues related to space. What started as a friendly banter among the characters will eventually turn into serious claim regarding territory, space, and ownership.
