The Sindhis are known mainly for two things – their enterprising skills and their food. While Mumbai now boasts of a variety of cuisines, this cuisine remains relatively unexplored. In the Sindhi Food Crawl, we take you to the Sindhi Camp in Chembur to give you a taste of their phenomenal cuisine.

Yes, we call it a food crawl, because crawling is most likely what you will end up doing after stuffing yourself with the rich, heavy food! We are talking stuffed Chole and Kheema Pattice, out-of-this-world Sanni Pakoras and the best ever Gulab Jamun in Mumbai, to name a few.

Your host, Jatin Khanna, is a hardcore Sindhi who has grown up in the area and is also a hospitality graduate. This crazy foodie will ensure that you taste the best Sindhi food Mumbai has to offer, and might also laugh at you heartily while you get amazed at every food joint.

When and where do we meet?

We all assemble at the Golf Club – Main Gate in Chembur at 4:45 PM sharp. The group will leave at 5 PM irrespective of whether all members have arrived or not.

How long would it take?

About 2-3 hours typically, so your Saturday night plans are intact!

What if I’m vegetarian?

No problem. Most places are vegetarian!
