Thermal And A Quarter (TAAQ) is a veteran of the Indian Indie Rock scene. With 8 released albums, multiple international tours and awards, and a continuing, never-say-die DIY attitude, TAAQ continues to break new ground and inspire the next generation of bands. With a new studio album in the works, the band has also just been booked at the upcoming 'Bandland' Festival in Bangalore, alongside Deep Purple, Goo Goo Dolls, The War on Drugs, Amyl & the Sniffers, Parikrama, Skrat, Parvaaz and others.

TAAQ has played Bay 146 at the Savera Hotel, Chennai, several times in the past; with the last outing featuring a 9-piece line-up. This time around, the band returns with a stripped-down 4-piece avatar and will perform selections from its vast catalogue of originals and re-imagined covers.
