Step into a transformative experience with Healing Circle, a unique event designed to foster growth, connection, and self-awareness. This is a judgment-free zone where openness, acceptance, and meaningful connections take center stage.
What to Expect:
Begin by being blindfolded to eliminate distractions and create a sense of equality and openness.
Take a moment to breathe deeply—inhale, exhale—and let go of external tensions as you focus on the present.
Engage in interactive questions that prompt reflection and connection, with participants stepping forward or backward based on their responses.
Experience blindfolded conversations to build deeper, more authentic connections.
Participate in circle introductions with a twist—no names, locations, or occupations. Instead, share three spontaneous, personal things about yourself, like:
“I love playing chess. I have a deep passion for food. I can’t stand people who lack empathy.”
Conclude with the “Pass the Word” exercise, where one word is passed around the circle three times, encouraging active listening and emotional expression.
