The iconic Agasthya Theater, which had screened many blockbusters of yesteryear cine stars will now become a new landmark to serve the community.

The Agasthya Public Charitable Trust and Sankara Nethralaya have come together to set up a proposed ophthalmic facility in Tondiarpet, estimated to cost around Rs 50 crores.

The proposed branch will be built on 1.25 acres (55,000 sqft). This facility will consist of a ground floor plus 2 floors built over 30,000 sqft.
