Schedule : 

DAY 1

7:30 AM: Breakfast at Blue Tokai, Koramangala 8th Block (583, 20th Main Rd, Koramangala 8th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095)

8:00 AM: Departure from the cafe

2:00 PM: Arrive at the farm, check in at Biccode Woodside Heritage & Hirvate Estate, and meet the team: Asif, Adhi and Saleem.

2:15 PM: Lunch at the farm

4:00 PM onwards: After a guided tour delving into India's rich coffee history, enjoy your evening sunset brew at Biccode Woodside Heritage.

8:00 PM: Dinner

DAY 2

8:30 AM: Breakfast at Biccode Woodside Heritage

9:30 AM onwards: Tour the farm

1:30 PM: Lunch

2:30 PM onwards: Experience the post-harvest journey of coffee at Biccode Estate

-Picking the cherries

-Visit post-harvesting units

-Experience sorting of coffee cherries in the drying yard

-Visit washed process, pulping, fermentation, and soaking units

-Witness machine preparation using a huller

-Experience Cascara preparation (using coffee cherries)

8:00 PM: Dinner followed by campfire at Biccode Woodside Heritage

DAY 3

8:30 AM: Breakfast with your morning brew

10:00 AM: Treat your palate to diverse flavours in a cupping session with the team at Biccode Woodside Heritage

1:00 PM: Lunch

2:00 PM: Departure from the Biccode Woodside Heritage
