Harshad Sathe is an Indian multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, composer, and sound engineer based in Pune. For the past 17 years, Harshad has worked as an engineer, spending 10 of those years working with independent musicians and five of those years producing his own music. In 2017, he received the IRAA award for "Best Independent Song Recording." In addition, Harshad is a well-known live sound engineer. He is currently Shreya Ghoshal's playback engineer for Pro Tools. Harshad has been working on his original songs with his band, "Nissima'. Harshad realized he wanted to make his own music in 2016, and he began writing songs in 2017. According to Harshad, the majority of his music is influenced by what he sees happening around him, bringing out his perspective, and introspection of self. Harshad has also been releasing songs of his own since late 2021. He is presently working on his debut album, set to launch in March 2023.
