Four league matches compulsory

Note: We form a team based on the playing profile of those who register individually.

Terms and Conditions of the Tournament

1) We are only accepting five teams for this tournament on a first-come, first-served basis.

2) A team plays one match against each of the other teams in a single round-robin format. Based on this, each team plays four compulsory matches in the league stage.

3) The top two teams at the end of the league stage will play the final.

4) This tournament will feature T20 matches and follow all T20 rules that are widely accepted across the nation and made by the ICC.

5) We will be using a red glace ball on a turf wicket, with a white dress code.

6) Matches may be conducted on any day of the week.

7) Official HCA umpire services will be used for this tournament.

8) The umpire's decision during the match is final and cannot be challenged.

9) Players should bring their own playing kit.

10) Each participant must provide their parents' consent and submit an Aadhaar photocopy.

11) There should be only 13 players in a team, out of which we are giving the option to include two U-16 players. The coach and captain of that team can choose to take only one of these two in the playing XI. However, there is no mandate to include these two U-16 players in the team or the playing XI. Any team may use this option.

For U-14: The player should not have crossed 14 years of age as on 7th May 2025 (must be born after 7th May 2011).

After you register, a player profile form will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp. You will need to fill it out and return it to us.

12) The entry fee will not be refunded if a player withdraws for any reason after confirming participation.

13) The final decision taken by the organiser to resolve any disputes that may arise during the tournament is binding on all participants.

14) The organiser reserves the right to alter the event schedule, location, or any terms without prior notice.
