It’s based on the compositions of founding figure of Dilli Gharana, Hazrat Ameer Khusro dating back to 13C. Such as Jhoola-Geet, Banhda-Geet, Sehre-Suhaag, Bidai, Keh-Mukarniya, Birha-Geet & Sufiyana Qalaams etc.

It poignantly shows a struggle, plight and tribulations of a woman in a patriarchal society.

The show contributes towards preserving the intangible cultural heritage of our country, which is a prime concern of any organization dedicated towards such a goal.
