Day 0:

◆ Night Journey from Bangalore - The Adventure Begins!

◆ 11:00 PM: Marathahalli- In front of Kalamandir

◆ 11:20 PM: Bellandur, Kanti Sweets

◆ 11:40 AM: Silk Board Bus stop opposite Pizza Hut

◆ 12:00 AM: BTM Udupi Garden Bus Stop

◆ 12:15 AM:Banashankari TTMC

◆ 12:25 AM: Kathriguppe Kathriguppe Circle

◆ 12:45 AM: Nayandahalli junction Near Nayandahalli signal

◆ 1:20 AM: Goraguntepalya Circle Yeshwanthpur.

◆ For a group of 10-11, a 12-passenger Tempo Traveler will be arranged.

◆ For a group of 20, a 22-seat Mini Bus will be designated.

◆ For a group of 30, a 30-passenger bus will be provided.

◆ For a Group of more than 35 People will be provided a 50 seater bus.

◆ The pickup location remains the same; only the timings will vary, and updates will be shared in the WhatsApp group.

◆ For those arriving with their own transportation, please ensure you`re on time at the base. Any delays will be outside our responsibility, and the trek will continue as planned.

Day 1:

◆ 03:30 AM: Arrive at Uttari Betta base and Stretch, take a deep breath, and get ready for a stunning trek. The adventure begins here!

◆ 04:00 AM: We start our ascent through the lush, green trails as the stars guide our way. Let’s enjoy the serenity as we make our way up to the summit.

◆ 05:30 AM: Reach the summit, enjoy the campfire, and witness the sunrise

◆ 07:00 AM: Begin descent to the base, take it easy and enjoy the peaceful downhill stretch.

◆ 09:00 AM: Have breakfast en route (self-sponsored)

◆ 12:30 PM: After a refreshing journey back, we’ll arrive in Bangalore with hearts full of adventure and memories, just in time to reflect on the perfect sunrise experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

◆ 0-15 Days Before the Start Date: No refund will be provided, and 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

◆ 15-30 Days Before the Start Date:50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation.

Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.

◆ If trips or activities get cancelled due to weather or government restrictions, we will try our best to offer an alternative. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
