This vegan and gluten free gourmet date night cooking class will cover:

• Appetizer: Grilled Avocado, Mango, Amaranth Cracker Tower
• Main: Gluten Free Pizza with Truffle Mushroom, Caramelized Onion and Oregano Flavored Vegan Cheese
• Dessert: Matcha Coconut Cream Parfait with Lavender Shortbread

Each dish has several elements that need to be made individually for the dish to come together. This class is perfect for those looking to impress their significant other with an all organic gourmet plant based meal experience without compromising on flavour.

Founder of Yogisattva and Certified Chef - Raveena Taurani shall conduct this class. Raveena holds an advanced Diploma in vegan food, raw vegan food, culinary nutrition and sports nutrition and has travelled across Bali, America, Europe and England to hone her skills.

This class is limited to 8 participants only and you are welcome to carry containers to take back any leftovers. A recipe hand-out of all the recipes and an organic resource guide of where to source the ingredients will be provided.
