About the Event
If dessert is your go to choice for every meal, meet Chef Bani Nanda of Miam Parisserie. The workshop will focus on Verrines - artfully layered desserts served in small, transparent glasses. Verrines can be easily prepped for a dinner party at home or for a buffet spread. The different components that we will layer up will consist of French biscuits, mousse, cremeux, crumble, ganache and citrus curds. The layers will be perfectly visible on the outside!
The workshop will be part demonstration and part hands on.

Miam - a patisserie that does fabulous cakes and macarons - was started in 2015 by Chef Bani with an aim to popularise French neoclassical entremets. Chef Bani learnt her craft from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and while she follows traditional French baking processes, she’s incorporated a little bit of herself in all her tasty goodies. Chef Bani is all set to come to Mumbai for the first time to conduct two hands on workshops at Magazine Street Kitchen!
