About the Mixologist:

Pranav has been part of the core team at The Sassy Spoon since 2012. As a Manager and Mixologist for The Sassy Spoon and Baraza Bars & Bites, a typical day for Pranav Mody includes creating new infusions, or experimenting with different flavours to create new concoctions. His curiosity and creative flair has resulted in some exquisite and unique beverages like the very berry khatta, morning brew and the pani puri margarita. With every new creation, his intention is to create a unique blend that combines the spirit of New York and the nostalgic flavours of India.
