Do you want to celebrate poetry? Well, Kommune is holding a nation-wide celebration of poetry on 17th March.

In Delhi, Kommune will hold a poetry open mic at Kunzum Travel Cafe, Hauz Khas Village.

The format of the open mic is simple: Attendees at the event will put their names in a hat, from where performers will be picked at random by the host. A maximum of 15 performers will get to perform at the event. But apart from that, fun poetry activities will be conducted, and you will get to connect, both with the people at the event, and with other poets in different cities!

This is part of Kommune's World Poetry Day Celebration, where they will conduct 10 poetry open mics in 10 different cities across India, all on the same day! Across the country, poets will be performing at the same time, on the same theme, reminding us of the power of poetry.
