March 21st is marked as World Poetry Day. This year 21st being a weekday, let us celebrate the spirit of poetry on March 19th.

On this occasion, a day-long session of poetic expression is woven together. A set of different poetic experiences are lined up to fuel new perspectives in every poet's heart. The idea is to create vibrant poetic experiences for poets and audiences at large, unfolding new avenues for exploration.

10 am to 12 pm:

YOUNG VOICES

Performers are between the age of 10 to 18 years. The audience can be of any age.

Free for everyone to attend. This event can also be attended by taking the day pass.

12:30 pm to 2:30 pm:

HAIKU SPLASH

For poets, haiku poets and non-poets as well

Age group 14 yrs to infinity

3 pm to 5 pm:

SPOKEN WORD POETRY

English language poetry open mic for all age groups.

PERFORMANCE POETRY

Hindi and all Regional languages

Only shortlisted performers will perform

THEATER POETRY

Cafe कविता is a theater poetry show. It will indulge you with poems in diverse facets of life like love, memories, sorrow, social awareness etc.

Day Pass

Day Pass ₹500 per head

You can attend all the events from 12 pm onward i.e. from Haiku Session.

Young Poets is free for everyone to attend. There is no need for a day pass to attend it.

₹200 from the day pass is redeemable against the food bill at the venue.

Process

Just buy a day pass and you can participate in any event.
