About the Program: Yoga - The Way of Life

Yoga is a great way to stretch and strengthen your body, focus your mind and relax your spirit. It was developed as a practice to unite the mind and body. In these tough times of Covid-19, there is a lot of focus on improving immunity and Yoga can play a major role in that.


Yoga can help you reduce Stress, understand the connection of body and mind, gain stamina, improve balance and stability, improve posture, reduce your risk for injury, increase concentration.

This program is crafted for individuals who are 16 years old and above

The sessions will be conducted in English and Hindi.


Charges

₹1000 for the complete program



What's in it for the participants?

In this course, participants will learn, practice and get to know perfect techniques of:


  • Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)
  • Yoga Asanas
  • Pranayama (breathing techniques)
  • Mudra
  • Omkar Chanting
  • Cleansing techniques to purify our body
  • Meditation
  • Yogic Theory

Each participant will get a FREE Yoga Handbook at the end of the session.



How to join?

  • Once you book the service, you will receive a unique Zoom Link on the email id you share.
  • The Zoom link will remain the same for all the sessions.



Important T&Cs

  • This program comprises of 10 sessions and will take place every Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM starting 18th Jul, spanning over 5 weeks.
  • The Zoom link will be unique for each participant and the participants are advised not to share the link with anyone.
  • It is recommended to join the session 10 minutes prior.
  • It is recommended to keep your audio and video on, for interactions with the instructor in case of any doubts. This will also help the instructor to monitor and guide you through the course.
