Dance and smile your way to Fitness with this International Exercise phenomenon.
Our Zumba and dance instructors will teach a non-stop, engaging dance style workout. A live DJ will keep the crowd moving, by playing music and rhythms that combine the dance styles of salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco ,bhangra , chachacha, reggaeton, soca , samba, hip hop music, tango and more .
Zumba offers physical, mental and social benefits as a full body work-out which can improve co-ordination, boost your mood, provide a safe and encouraging space to learn how to dance which supports you to feel connected to a community. Designed to bring people together just looking to dance, de-stress, meet new people, try something new and have fun.

A masterclass is special – it’s an event that features a guest instructor from another city or maybe a group of local instructors that rarely get together. A masterclass can be held to celebrate a special event like te grand opening of a gym or studio or perhaps a holiday-oriented extravaganza. A masterclass can also run longer than a typical class – maybe an hour or 2 hours long. No matter what the cause, a masterclass can be attended by all. Join the party!
